Is this a physical print?
No. You’re commissioning a digital artwork file. You can print it yourself or take it to a local print shop, in the size that suits your space.
What photos should I send?
Two to four clear photos per pet are ideal. Good lighting and visible facial features help us capture all those little details that make your pet unique.
Can I ask for changes?
Of course! Each portrait includes one round of minor adjustments, such as correcting a small detail or color. A completely new scene or concept isn't included.
What if my pet isn't a cat or dog?
Other little companions are welcome! Send us a message before ordering so we can check whether your pet will work with our available scenes.
How long will my portrait take?
Every portrait is made to order. You'll see the estimated delivery time before placing your order.
How do you get my photos?
When you choose a package, you upload your pet photos right on its page. They’re sent to the artist together with your order.
